Welcome to OBSERVE ("OBSERVE," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of meaghansimonich.com (the "Site") and any digital products, guides, or content we sell or distribute through the Site or through our storefront on Podia (together, the "Products"). By visiting the Site, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Who We Are

OBSERVE is operated by Meaghan Simonich, a sole proprietor based in Sheridan, Wyoming. You can reach us at hello@meaghansimonich.com.

2. The Products We Offer

OBSERVE sells digital, downloadable products (PDF guides and workbooks) related to professional networking, communication, and relationship-building for introverted and thoughtful professionals. Products are delivered electronically through our storefront on Podia. We do not sell physical goods, and we do not currently offer coaching, consulting, or done-for-you services unless separately and explicitly agreed to in writing.

3. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Podia's and Stripe's applicable terms in addition to these Terms.

Prices for Products are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect a purchase already completed.

4. Digital Delivery and Refunds

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a Product you purchased, contact us at hello@meaghansimonich.com and we will make it right.

5. License to Use Products

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own individual professional development. You may not:

6. Free Resources and Email List

If you download a free resource (such as "Before You Walk In") or otherwise join our email list, you agree to receive periodic emails from us, including a welcome series and our ongoing newsletter, Observations. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. No Professional Advice

OBSERVE's Products and content are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional, psychological, medical, legal, or career counseling advice. You are responsible for how you apply the ideas in our Products to your own situation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Products, including text, graphics, design, and the OBSERVE Method itself, is owned by Meaghan Simonich and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBSERVE and Meaghan Simonich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. The Site and Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
